I was at a spiritual workshop last Saturday, and we were not supposed to chat. And whoever is ready, can have their lunch.
I had my rice with some vegetarian dishes.. and after, I saw one very composed lady, having hers. She was seated there to have her meal for a good 20 mins vs me, 5 mins, perhaps (the most)?
It got me thinking… We should have much gratitude towards each meal that we have. So why not take the time to appreciate each bite that we have… Something I should work on.
